Fifteen years ago, the cataclysmic Event tore a piece from the continent of Allment, leaving a wound that refuses to heal. Now, a dark, transformative curse grips the land, twisting innocent creatures into monstrous abominations.

A group of unlikely heroes, each with a personal connection to the curse, must band together to unravel the mystery behind this growing darkness. They'll journey across a shattered world, facing perilous trials and confronting their own fears.

Will they save Allment from the encroaching shadow, or will the curse consume them all?

Fifteen years ago, the cataclysm known as The Event shattered the continent of Allment, tearing a piece from its southwestern edge and leaving behind an eerie purple glow emanating from the wounded peak of Mount Rasssprunga. In the years since, a creeping corruption has spread across the land, twisting animals into grotesque mockeries of humanoids and sparking whispers of lycanthropy. Even the stalwart Hammers of Tyr, who operate as the military and police force of Allment, seem to be losing their grip on the situation, growing increasingly suspicious of druids and others who commune with nature. 

The heroes of this story are not mere bystanders to this unfolding tragedy but are instead connected by the shared threads of The Event or the encroaching curse woven through their past. Maybe one lost a lovevd one  in the chaos of the mountain's collapse, or witnessed their horrific transformation. Another might be a student at Sollsich University, tasked with researching the strange magical disease. A third could even be a Hammer of Tyr wrestling with their own faith as the lines between justice and fanaticism blur. Their individual quests for answers will lead them on a dark and dangerous journey across Allment, from the bustling city of Port Ciuin to the mist-shrouded village of Gaeta Theas, and even into the shadow of the shattered Rasssprunga itself. Along the way, they will face not only the physical threat of the cursed creatures but also the moral dilemmas posed by a society grappling with an insidious, invisible enemy. Will they uncover the source of the curse and find a way to halt its advance? Or will Allment succumb to the creeping shadow that threatens to consume it?

Game Details

  • Online, Thursdays from 7pm GMT

  • Tools: Discord, D&D Beyond, Roll 20

  • Characters will start at Level 3

  • All experience levels welcome, happy to provide guidance and sessions beforehand to help with character creation etc

  • Homebrew allowed upon review

  • If you have an idea for an item, i am happy to hear it and work with you

  • Sessions will nearly always involve at least 1 combat encounter, i like to run a balanced game, and provide multiple options to deal with encounters

  • Standard rule set, with  few homebrew rules that can be discussed and agreed on before starting (e.g. Critical Fumbles)

  • Rule of Cool: good roleplay, and inventive problem-solving is rewarded at my table


Safe space

I use a lines and veils system to ensure that everyone at my table feels safe and comfortable. I do not venture into topics that I have no lived experience of, and welcome all feedback and guidance from players. OUtside of typical Fantasy politics of ‘Tyranical ruler’ and the such, games will be politics free.


My table is a safe space for anyone, regardless of any gender, sex, race, religion, and have a zero-tolerance policy on abuse and bullying around these topics and any others


Character Creation

  • Characters will start at level 3

  • I will guide any player that asks through character creation

  • Starting items will be standard equipment, 2 common and 1 uncommon magical item

  • I have a set of powerful, cursed items that are optional. These will add a ‘side quest’ to your character backstory that you’ll need to complete to prevent a horrible end to your character

  • Pregenerated characters can be provided
